If you have never been to the Kingston Animal Hospital we would appreciate if you would arrive about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete our New Client Information Form. For new clients it is also a good idea to bring your pet's medical record. We can also contact your previous veterinarian or breeder for this information.

Annual Exams and Vaccinations
At Kingston Animal Hospital we know that there is no substitute for good health care, especially preventative care. That's why we recommend that your pet get an annual exam and or a semi-annual exam for pets over the age of seven along with annual blood work. Bring a fecal sample and a urine sample to your appointment.
